Order Processing:

Delivery Timelines:
Minimum Delivery Time: 2–3 business days (for metro & tier-1 cities).
Maximum Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (for remote & tier-3 locations).
Please note: delivery timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges:
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹200.
For prepaid orders below ₹200 and all COD orders, standard shipping charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
🔄 Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Return/Exchange Window:
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
